First breakfast.... By Julia

I woke up around 5:30 a.m to the sound of tropical birds singing. Most
of our team members were also up early. (this was 8:30 p.m minnesota
time.)

Breakfast was served at 7:30. As a team we prayed for joel as he would
be traveling alone today. For breakfast, each plate held a large slice
of fresh papaya to start with. Then we enjoyed fried eggs and toast. I
was thrilled by the whole pot of hot tea that was brought to the
table! There was also coffee, which other team members were very glad
for.
